  • What do I need to bring with me when applying or touring?

    Photo ID is required to tour. Proof of income is required when applying.

  • What are the application and administrative fees?

    The application fee is $75.00, and the administrative fee is $200.00.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The security deposit is $750.00.

  • What lease terms are available?

    New residents are offered 7 to 12 month lease options. Renewing residents & corporate leases are offered 3 to 15 month lease options. Note: terms less than 12 months feature a premium.

  • Is renters’ insurance required?

    Yes, renters’ insurance is required.

  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent can be paid online through the resident portal, conveniently accessible on our community website.

  • What is included in the monthly rent?

    Only rent is included.

  • Do you offer self-guided tours?

    Yes, self-guided tours are available.

  • Is laundry available in-apartment or on-site?

    We have in-unit and on-site laundry.

  • What are the parking options?

    We provide surface lot and garage parking.

  • Do you offer corporate leases?

    Yes, corporate leases are available.

  • Do you have a preferred employer program?

    Yes, we offer a preferred employer program Military, First Responders, Teachers and Nurses.

  • What languages do your team members speak?

    Our team speaks English.

  • Will you run a background check as part of the application process?

    Yes, our background screenings evaluate credit, rental, and criminal history for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment home.

  • What are the income requirements to qualify?

    We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team is available to assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.

  • What is your pet policy?

    We are pet-friendly and allow up to two pets, including dogs and cats, of all breeds, weights, and sizes.

  • Is smoking allowed on the property?

    No, we are a smoke-free community.
